We protect your store's data

1. Information we collect

We only collect information required to deliver your project and communicate with your team:

• Business contacts (names, email addresses, job titles)
• Project requirements, creative assets, staging URLs, and store credentials
• Analytics data voluntarily shared for diagnostics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, etc.)
• Billing records for invoicing and compliance purposes

We do not purchase or ingest third‑party marketing datasets, and we never sell your information.

2. How we use your information

• Deliver contracted services and provide technical support
• Secure your environments via access control and monitoring
• Send project updates, invoices, and release notifications
• Improve our offerings through anonymized performance metrics

We process data under legitimate interest and contractual necessity. Marketing emails are opt‑in only.

3. Data retention & deletion

Project artifacts are archived for 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Credentials and raw customer exports are removed within 30 days of project completion.

4. Subprocessors & compliance

We partner with reputable infrastructure providers (Vercel, Firebase, AWS, Cloudflare) that maintain SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance. All subcontractors sign binding confidentiality agreements.

For EU/UK customers, we execute Standard Contractual Clauses and support Data Processing Agreements on request.
