The fine print, written clearly

1. Engagement & scope

Statements of work, proposals, or email confirmations describe the features to be delivered, timeline, and fees. Change requests are estimated separately and require written approval before we begin.

We work in agile iterations, so you can review deliverables frequently and request adjustments early.

2. Payment terms

• Invoices are due net 10 unless otherwise stated.
• Longer projects may include milestone or monthly billing.
• Late payments may pause delivery until the balance is resolved.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes, which are invoiced separately.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code, designs, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding pre-existing tools or open-source libraries used under their respective licenses.

We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

4. Warranties & limitations

• We warrant that deliverables will materially conform to the approved scope for 30 days.
• Third-party platform changes (e.g., PrestaShop core updates) may require additional work.
• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
